So convenient with a range of services: 1. HVAC 2. Plumbing 3. Garage doors (repair and replacement) 4. Fences and gates (repair and replacement) Garage door spring failed over weekend. Spring Branch was an easy call and they were on it. Samuel did a great job replacing springs and rollers and making appropriate adjustments. Cannot say enough good things about Chris Crawford and his team at Spring Branch. Been using them since 2022 and they never disappoint. Love this company and the people are wonderful. Skilled, professional, trustworthy and always fair and reasonable. Without question 5-star people with 5-star skills and service. NOTEWORTHY: We are on the bi-annual HVAC inspection on program and love it. Better to have the AC and heat checked out on regular basis. UPDATE 10/22/25: Fall HVAC inspection just performed by Marvin. Truly a great service to keep things purring along. Love this company and the people. They are real deal, straight-forward people who care about their customers. Casey keeps the scheduling organized and follows up for inspections so customer does not have to think about it. She is great. A true rock star. Marvin has incredible skills and depth of experience. Gets the work done. Always confident in Marvin. He is also a real -deal rock star. And just learned from Marvin that in addition to their HVAC and Plumbing services, the company now has a division that does fencing, gates and garage doors (inspections, repairs and replacement if necessary). HIGHLY recommend. UPDATE 3/12/25: Scheduled the bi-annual HVAC system check/tune-up and had new fridge hooked up to water supply. Great customer service. Honest. Fair pricing. And they genuinely care about their customers. Great people. Casey is incredible. Stays on top of scheduling and kept us informed. Truly an asset to Team Spring Branch. Marvin gets the job done.
