UPDATE 10/22/25: Fall HVAC inspection just performed by Marvin. Truly a great service to keep things purring along. Love this company and the people. They are real deal, straight-forward people who care about their customers. Casey keeps the scheduling organized and follows up for inspections so customer does not have to think about it. She is great. A true rock star. Marvin has incredible skills and depth of experience. Gets the work done. Always confident in Marvin. He is also a real -deal rock star. And just learned from Marvin that in addition to their HVAC and Plumbing services, the company now has a division that does fencing, gates and garage doors (inspections, repairs and replacement if necessary). HIGHLY recommend. UPDATE 3/12/25: Scheduled the bi-annual HVAC system check/tune-up and had new fridge hooked up to water supply. Great customer service. Honest. Fair pricing. SPRING BRANCH A/C pays attention to details and gets the job done right the first time. We just started using SPRING BRANCH A/C this week due to our previous HVAC company installing new primary and auxiliary drain lines in mid- 2022 on a new system that just did not flow properly once they installed. The old company, we'll just call them "Solar Air" (not their real name but ryhmes), did not even glue the junctions on the pvc pipe installed, nor would they test their installation using a level or any other means. 'Solar Air's" mid-2022 installation was a sloppy, convoluted, inefficient, flimsy mess that defied the laws of physics and common sense. And it ended up failing, leaking water onto our ceiling because the unglued junctions came apart. Sloppy. Sloppy. Sloppy. Basically, "Solar Air's" shoddy drain lines installation resembled M.C. Escher's art without the intentional whimsy. The installation technician at "Solar Air" who installed the new drain lines did not bring the necessary basic tools for the job and had to borrow some of mine. That's never a good sign. When we asked the "Solar Air" tech if he was going to test the system before he left, he used the old "I've been doing this a long time, don't you trust me?" con and actually threw a loud temper tantrum in our backyard because we asked. It was weird and a bit scary. Additionally, "Solar Air" did not properly level the drain pan. Nor did they stand behind their work. SPRING BRANCH A/C resolved the issues like pros this week. Night and day difference between SPRING BRANCH A/C and "Solar Air." Chris, the owner of SPRING BRANCH A/C has a solid and interesting background. Air Force. Maintained aircraft. Knows his stuff. Very nice man. Marvin who inspected our system and fixed our system was incredible. Serious skills and a depth of knowledge and experience. Juan, who assisted Marvin, was professional to a tee. It was truly refreshing dealing with the SPRING BRANCH team. Based upon the work they just performed and the wonderful way they treated us from the very first phone call to completion of work, we highly recommend SPRING BRANCH A/C. Give em a try. Great people.
